Add the following at the end of the first sentence of section 3.1: The Designer will give the Client advance notice of the amount of any expenses prior to incurring them.

Add the following after the word spectification in the last line of section 4.2: and is operating a planned.

Add the following after the word completion in the first line of section 6.2: and successful testing.

In section 9.2, delete indemnify and hold harmless and substitute: assume sole responsibility for and to defend.

The contract should be signed by you as an officer of the organization, so when you sign, add your office, such as president, after your name.
